Surfcamp Lombok is a cooperative foundation built on friendship and trust, a dynamic place in harmony with our local neighbors. Going on our fifth year we still have the passion for serious surf education in perfect waves, but also invites you to take part in other things aside from surfing. Learning to surf takes time, our mission is to get you prepared to continue exploring on your own.
We opened in 2007 and are located on Lombok east of Bali, the camp currently accommodates just 16 beginner guests and 8 progression guests in our traditional longhouse.
Whether you are looking to improve your surfing or are simply a beginner, the wonderful waves around our bay suit all competence levels. Expert guidance is provided by our fully qualifed instructors and local guides. From the camp, you are transported directly to the surf by boat.
Surfing conditions are good all year round but lighter winds normally make Sep-Dec and Feb-May the best months of the year.
