To prevent intermediate and advanced surfers from plateauing at a certain level, we use photo analysis to pinpoint the micro-adjustments you need to make to bring yourself to a level of peak performance.

There is also a strong mental side of surfing.

Our course provides two surfs a day via boat, and or road trips to more advanced waves and the potential of taking boats out of the bay, all depending on swells and condition, along with the time of year.

Depending on experience, more critical waves can be surfed with a safety first approach while at the same time taking you out of your comfort zone to give you the feeling all surfers spend their lives chasing.

Stretching, yoga and anything endurance related is highly recommended before your holiday here in Lombok.

We hold theory lessons and photo analysis on regular basis so we can help you progress in your surfing. Giving you the opportunity to take home new skills and self coach in the future. You should expect to surf on average 2 times a day, every day, experiencing amazing sunrise/sunset surf sessions.

So, get fitness training now so you can make the most of the surf while you're here. Concentrate on stamina, flexibility, core strength and agility. We only offer 8 spots every 2 weeks. So, make sure you don’t miss out.

Bring your own surfboard and accessories if possible, suitable surf clothing, shades & sunscreen/zinc.

'SESSIONS' has an extensive quiver of surfboards in varying sizes, so you can test different board dimensions and make the most of all conditions.

 Surf Camp Lombok is nestled into Grupuk Bay. Often referred to as the “skate park”, this Bay holds waves for ALL levels of surfers, from total beginners to lifelong veterans. We are a two week retreat-like surf journey with likeminded people from around the globe led by seasoned surf explorers.

 We go beyond just the quick crash course on the beach with pop ups in the sand. Heavily focused pre surf theory is essential for learning beyond just the basics, but more into the core of surfing. This is not your ordinary surf camp. 

 Leaving the comfort zone is where you see growth, rewards and oftentimes find life changing results. Personal transformations that leave you wanting more.

At the camp everything revolves around surfing. There are of course other activities like yoga, free diving, spear fishing and skating going on as a part of camp life.

But surfing always takes priority. When the surf is pumping everyones is getting amongst it even the maintenance crew.

So after about a week of surfing twice a day, we recommend a day of rest and will include a day-trip by car or boat to explore the island

Surfing is always the top priority

We organise a waterfall trek, snorkling, cliff jumping, paragliding or a sauna and ice bath day, depending on preference, energy and conditions.

In general surfing will always be THE top priority but there’s also the option to just relax in the tree house with a book, rip in the skate bowl, or enjoy interesting conversations with people from all over the world.
